Many of Dan’s former players have moved on to High School teams, and top level travel clubs in EDP, NCSL and US Development Academy.  Dan’s philosophy is to build the base layer of the player pyramid: aggressiveness, fitness, and basic ball skills and then move to the finer points of development. Dan’s goal is to school the girls according to the philosophy of US Soccer and the Olympic Development Program (ODP) so that the girl’s skills are in line with higher level philosophies.
